Transfers
Flat rates pertain to transfers. A transfer is one-way
service to/from the airport to final destination without stops along
the way. Additional
steps will be calculated at the rate of $10.00 per stop.
Waiting times
After a 15-minute grace period, charges will be calculated
at a rate of $10.00 per 15-minute increment. (These charges do not apply
when meeting
flights at the airport.)
Flight arrivals
ESG will monitor your flight arrival through the airline.
Our chauffeur will be waiting for you at the terminal baggage area. If
your flight
is canceled or a major delay has occurred, please contact us as soon
as possible.
Cancellations
Limousine cancellations require a 14-day advance notice,
otherwise the full cost of the service plus 20% gratuity will be charged
to the client’s
account. All other cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before
the reserved time. If a reservation is canceled after its allotted time,
the full cost of the reserved service plus 20% gratuity will be charged
to the reserving party’s account. (Round trip reservations must
be handled as two separate reservations.)
No show policy
After arriving at the airport, if there is any confusion
as to where to meet the assigned chauffeur, the client should promptly
call the office
(859) 344-6800. The on-call person will provide directions to the client
to the vehicle stand location. If the passenger should leave the airport
by another means of transportation without notifying the office, the
full charge of the trip plus 20% gratuity will be charged to the client’s
account.
